Job Description
Supervise security teams as an On-Site Zone Supervisor in a full-time role. Drive operational excellence, support your team, and foster client relationships through effective leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing security at multiple sites while collaborating with management. Key tasks include evaluating staff performance, ensuring compliance with training standards, and maintaining effective communication. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with key management personnel
• Evaluate and conduct team training sessions
• Implement operational improvements for clients
• Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations
• Communicate updates on operations to supervisors
Requirements:
• Alberta Security License is essential
• 1–2 years of relevant security experience required
• Supervisory experience of at least 1 year needed
