On Site UC Engineer (Telecommunication)

Key responsibilities 

· Management of client Skype for Business deployment

· Polycom On-premise VC Infrastructure monitoring, management and scheduling

· UC/AV First Line Support and conference assistance for all users, nationally.

· Troubleshooting and repairing of faulty solutions

· Management of all Boardrooms, including AV and VC equipment

· Implementation, testing and monitoring of Proof of Concept deployments

· All reporting required from the client

· Responding to calls logged by users

· Providing remote/telephonic support

· Review, understand and enforce all policies and procedures outlined in Health and safety policy

Requirements

· Grade 12 certificate 

· Skype for Business implementation qualifications and provable track record. References of implementations will be required.
