On-Site SOC Lead — Incident Response & Team Leadership

ITHR360 is seeking a SOC Team Lead to manage day‑to‑day operations of the Security Operations Center in the UAE. You will oversee L1–L3 SOC analysts, drive detection, response, and threat hunting, and coordinate with DFIR and delivery teams on incidents and improvements.

Role requires 5–8 years in security operations, strong SIEM expertise (Sentinel/Splunk/QRadar), and excellent leadership and communication skills. On‑site UAE role with global impact and client collaboration.
