On-Site Operations Engineer & Scientist – Observatory Telescopes

The Las Campanas Observatory in Chile is seeking an Operations Engineer / Scientist. This full-time position involves supporting operations for various telescopes and projects, requiring an advanced degree in a relevant field and fluency in English and Spanish.

Successful candidates will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to significant scientific advancements while enjoying stunning natural surroundings. The role includes an 8-day on-site work schedule followed by 6 days off, with travel and accommodation provided.
