Job Description
- Onsite IT Support : Provide proactive and reactive support to clients by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues at client locations.
- Installation and Configuration : Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking devices, and other IT infrastructure.
- System Updates and Maintenance : Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems, ensuring they are running optimally and securely. This includes operating system patches, software updates, and antivirus scans.
- Network Support : Support and troubleshoot network issues, including local area networks (LAN), wireless networks (Wi-Fi), VPN configurations, and basic network setups.
- Technical Documentation : Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to create a knowledge base for future reference and to ensure continuity of service.
