On-Site Facilities Manager & Client Liaison

Savills Property Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Manager in Singapore. This role is pivotal in ensuring client expectations are met while managing on-site operations effectively. You will engage with various stakeholders and oversee all facilities management aspects on-site.

The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Facilities Management with at least 2 years of management experience. Excellent client management skills, proactive leadership, and familiarity with CMMS are essential. A Fire Safety Manager Certificate is also required for this position.
