Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant to support our Data Centre team on-site in Oulu, Finland.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key interface and deliver general project management support to project management teams across day‑to‑day activities and project workflows
- Assist with general project administration, document management and project reporting
- Manage communication with stakeholders and vendors
- Coordinate issuance of contractor badges or contractor visitor badges for site access
- Support vendors and client team with site inductions
- Oversee the onboarding of new team members on-site, ensuring all access, safety, and administrative requirements are met
- Support travel and accommodation arrangements for team members
