Responsibilities

Lead Customer Omnichannel Evolution (50%)

• Build the strategic, integrated approach to omnichannel communications and own the strategic framework for delivering branded commercial and educational content to core external customer stakeholders.
• Support Brand Leads and Portfolio Team in building and executing Customer Experience Flows with content and messaging that drive customer partnership growth across an adoption ladder.
• Partner with Business Excellence (BEX) to understand the total serviceable customer universe and develop strategy to maximize opportunity with relevant customer segments.
