The Opportunity

Within our Marketing & Omnichannel team, we work in rare diseases, hematology, nephrology, and immunology. Our omnichannel strategy integrates CRM, digital channels, field force activities, and medical education into a cohesive, data‑driven approach. The role goes beyond reporting; you interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable engagement.

The Role

• Own and continuously enhance the omnichannel dashboard (HCP coverage, contact frequency, digital engagement, outcome metrics by indication)
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance (email, product websites, paid media, social media) and deliver action‑oriented monthly reports
• Support the definition of digital and field objectives ensuring alignment with business goals
