Job Description
O&M Project Leadership & Claims Management
- Operational Oversight: Direct the day-to-day operations of the Depot, Eqpt Rooms, OCC and Trackside activities, ensuring full compliance with the O&M Plan and international safety standards.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Inspection Checklists, Rule Books, Manuals and Systems to streamline maintenance workflows and minimize system downtime.
- Incident Response: Lead rapid investigations into technical failures or trouble incidents. Ensure root cause analysis (RCA) is conducted and corrective actions are implemented immediately.
- Technical Documentation: Oversee the preparation, gathering, and filing of all technical reports, monthly Reports, MOMs, correspondence, and digital data required for contractual compliance.
