OLG Senior Training Developer

Catalyze performance improvement as a Senior Training Developer at OLG. This fully onsite position focuses on impactful training delivery and program design in Customer Care.
As a Senior Training Specialist, your mission will be to assess team needs and create effective training programs to fill skill gaps. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Care Learning Experience, you will be responsible for revising training materials and continuously evaluating their effectiveness to ensure robust knowledge application.
Key Responsibilities:
