Position: OFR Exports Controller

Location: Durban, South Africa

Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers. Handle customer complaints and enquiries. Provide high levels of customer service with a sense of urgency. Support OPS Operations Manager / Team leader with the implementation of new or changed systems, directives and distribution of information to staff. Build and maintain relationships with carriers. Arrange for the movement of shipment from pick‑up at customer to delivery at carriers. Book with carrier / Update CW1 remarks with booking info. Complete export documents. Quality check documentation before lodging to airline. Close the shipment in CWI. Uplift confirmations to customers. Upload shipping documents into the DHL EDM system.
