Officer, Securities Settlement (up to 17K)(1 year contract,renewable)

Working Hours: 8:50am-18:30pm, Mon to Fri
Location: Kwun Tong Area

Responsibilities:
-Perform daily settlement and corporate actions for cash equities including HK and US stock markets
-Handle the settlement and corporate actions for investment products, such as bond, ELN and ELI
-Assist in fund transfer between correspondent banks by creating instruction templates and generating correct pacs.009
-To optimize and streamline work flow
-Update internal guidelines and procedure manuals
-Perform any ad-hoc duty and project as assigned by the Team Head

Requirements:
-Degree holder in related disciplines, such as finance, accounting or business, is preferred
-Minimum 1 year of work experience in securities operations is preferred, but fresh graduates (+IANG VISA) will be considered
