Officer - Ops. and Tech. Training

Job Purpose

Plans, coordinates, develops and delivers specific training modules for plant employees in one of the operation technical areas and manages the training schedules to ensure proper delivery of training as per operations needs and in line with agreed standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and deliver training to EGA employees in respective operation areas and coordinate with Area Supervisors to assess training needs and delivery schedule.
• Verify the effectiveness of training through surveys, one‑to‑one interviews with customers and trainees, and comparing programs to standards set as per accreditation bodies.
• Discipline, controls and monitors trainees' absenteeism, performance and discipline according to EGA policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Operations personnel to follow‑up on employees’ progress and behaviour.
