Job Description
Responsible for undertaking all coordination work between marketing and all other departments. Working directly under the Marketing Manager to assist in all given tasks.

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure smooth processes are followed with regards to new systems/practices put in place for marketing team (Oracle, Daily Huddle, Timely submission of Execution Reports).Help with productive functioning of the marketing department by organizing meetings, delegation and HODs when required.Applying purchase requisition in Oracle for marketing team and submitting the documents to the Accounts department for processing of payments. Assist in the preparation, coordination, collection, and follow-up of reports from the Marketing Managers.Tracking both Apparel Group and Competitors advertisements.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
