Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day knowledge work to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Achieve contracted service level agreements by being available to cardholders, branches and merchants to provide informational support.
• Support Customer Experience by delivering service excellence and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to Compliance and Risk Management requirements, fulfilling activities in line with relevant control and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
