Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Sourcing new business banking current accounts
• Ensuring the account is funded as per expectations defined in KPI
• Generate fee income for the bank including:
  • Foreign Exchange
  • Trade
  • Bancassurance
  • Deposits

Responsibilities

• Prospect in targeted markets that require meeting standards in phone calls and face-to-face visits.
• Present and sell all business banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers to enhance cross‑sell opportunities.
• Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy.
• Ensure that the KYC guidelines are adhered while onboarding business banking customers.
