Introduction

San Joaquin County is seeking experienced office professionals to lead and support clerical operations across various departments. The Office Supervisor position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy guiding staff, coordinating daily operations, and contributing to meaningful work that supports County services and the community.



This recruitment is being conducted to fill current
full-time Office Supervisor vacancies in various County departments, including
our general government departments, law enforcement agencies (Sheriff’s Office,
District Attorney, and Probation) and healthcare departments, and to establish
eligible lists which may be used to fill future vacancies. Current vacancies
are being filled by the Sheriff’s Office, Human Services Agency, and San
Joaquin General Hospital. Additionally, Departments may use the first
certification as a Department Promotional opportunity.
