Responsibilities
Provide full EA support to senior leadership including complex diary and travel management. Coordinate meetings agendas and follow-ups ensuring actions are tracked and delivered.
Act as a key point of contact managing internal and external communications with professionalism. Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, manage vendors, suppliers, and office budgets. Ensure a professional, efficient, and well‑organised working environment.
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion. Provide support with ad hoc and occasional personal tasks as required. Maintain flexibility to support out‑of‑hours requirements when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, organised, and solutions‑driven.
