Admiral Cleaners is a local, family-owned and operated drycleaning company headquartered in Annapolis.
Seeking a full-time (7am-3pm, M-F) office manager who is professional, reliable, detail oriented and organized for our Annapolis office.
Responsibilities include all aspects of customer service and accounting duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries and spreadsheet maintenance as well as assisting with logistics and tracking.
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in accounting including AR, AP, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
· Excellent customer service/telephone skills
· Ability to interact professionally with co-workers, customers and vendors
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and QuickBooks or other accounting software
· Strong organizational and analytical skills
