Robert Half is partnering with a growing construction company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience supporting both accounting and daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable experience, excellent communication skills, and prior experience using NetSuite.


Responsibilities

+ Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, including coding, matching, and vendor payments.

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.

+ Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with company payment procedures.
