Job Description

Executive Assistant

  • Coordinate, integrate, and administer all correspondence for the SVP HR office with high accuracy, including email, phone, and general communications.
  • Manage the SVP HR calendar, prioritizing critical meetings, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and arranging travel.
  • Set up meetings, travel, speaking engagements, and other appointments for the SVP with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication across the organization and liaise with parties to schedule meetings with the SVP or HR function units.

Project Tracking and Coordination

  • Schedule meetings with the SVP HR and HR Function Heads to track project implementation and follow‑ups.
  • Monitor the HR department operational budget and pursue savings opportunities.
  • Assist with HR audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
