Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week

• Provide frontline service as a representative of Clinic
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist patients with self-service kiosks
• Manage patient flow and respond to enquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned
