Senior / Lead Design Engineer – Electrical & Interior Systems

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior / Lead Design Engineer to join our Design Service Units (DSU) team. This position plays a critical role in advanced design, compliance, integration, and oversight, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet general automotive standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior, electrical, and wiring harness/schematic design activities with minimal supervision.
• Validate electrical loads, routing feasibility, and compliance with automotive standards.
• Run structural performance evaluations using Altair's Sim Solid.
• Review and validate junior engineering outputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide technical input during design reviews to ensure first-pass quality.
