Role Description: This is a full-time, 100% remote Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper role open to candidates based in Mexico. There is no on-site requirement — this position is fully remote.
The Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper will own the full-cycle bookkeeping function for a portfolio of 10–12 U.based marketing and digital agency clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include recording and categorizing transactions in Quick Books Online, processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, and executing month-end close for each client account.
