Job Description
We are a vibrant, fast‑growing tech company, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Office & Internal Events Manager to be the heartbeat of our Zurich office.
Our team is spread across key global hubs: Paris, Lyon (our Headquarter), Zurich, Krakow, and the US.
Responsibilities
Office Management & Reception
- Front‑of‑House: Welcome and register visitors, ensure they are comfortable, and guide them to their meetings.
- Daily Operations: Keep the reception, cafeteria, and communal office areas tidy, professional, and fully stocked (supplies, food, and beverages).
- Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for office‑related questions. Answer the main phone line for both our Zurich and Berlin offices in Swiss German, German, and English.
- Logistics & Admin: Handle incoming mail (scanning, distribution, archiving) for both offices, manage deliveries, organize...
