**Compensation:** $25–32/hour

**Position Overview**
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily business operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will serve as the central communication hub for employees, visitors, vendors, and operational teams while ensuring efficient office administration and workflow coordination.

**Responsibilities**

+ Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, contractors, and guests.
+ Manage visitor access procedures and maintain facility records.
+ Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping activities.
+ Prepare shipping labels and maintain shipment documentation.
+ Support purchasing, inventory, logistics, and supply chain administrative activities.
