An established organisation operating within the civil engineering and construction sector is looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support daily business operations.
The company specialises in earthworks and infrastructure development projects, requiring a candidate with strong administrative, procurement, stock control, and financial processing experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating supplier purchases, managing stock and materials, processing supplier invoices, and supporting operational requirements across multiple construction sites.
This role is best suited to an individual with previous construction industry experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Pastel and Microsoft Office.
Location: Silvertondale, Pretoria.
Salary: R12 000 – R13 000 CTC per month.
