Job Description

Primary Purpose of this Position:

Support the business through document management, data entry, office supply coordination, fabrication release preparation and other administrative functions as needed.

Essential Job Functions:


+ Greet customers, vendors and employees.

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

+ Scan, organize and maintain documents for Purchasing and other departments.

+ Perform data entry and administrative support functions for multiple departments.

+ Order and maintain office, breakroom and general office supplies.

+ Assist Detailing with compiling and preparing fabrication release packages.

+ Make copies, print drawings and prepare documents as needed.

+ Maintain organized filing systems and records.

+ Support Purchasing, Detailing and other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
