The Offer Quality Leader (OQL) is the quality, reliability, and Circularity owner for a specific offer or platform . OQLs ensure design requirements compliance, manufacturing stability, regulatory compliance, field reliability, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
This role interfaces across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, procurement, supply chain, labs, and front‑office teams to ensure seamless quality execution.
