Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix;
- Maintaining the relationship with internal and external clients (staff, operators, players);
- Coordinates the staff under his/her supervision;
- Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company;
- Collaboration and cooperation;
- Ensuring the functionality of the studios;
- Other operational activities.
Requirements
- Work experience: at least 2 years experience in a similar role (Shift Management, Floor Management, Operations) in the Live Casino Industry;
- Excellent knowledge of Live Casino Industry;
- Technical background is a plus (Computer engineering, IT, software, etc.);
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- PC skills;
- Advanced English speaking;
- Work under pressure;
