OCM Practitioner / Change Management Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a handson OCM Practitioner to lead change management activities for a complex SAP implementation supporting ~50 field engineers. This role is a oneperson OCM function responsible for stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption planning. The practitioner will work closely with the system integrator and internal SAP teams to ensure readiness for an October technical golive, followed by enduser training and stabilization. Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership Lead all OCM strategy and execution for the SAP deployment. Build stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and readiness assessments. Facilitate user demos and feedback sessions. Align change activities with technical milestones and SI deliverables.
