Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a professional sales or sales Operations Manager specialist Ocean Freight Segment
• Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Proficient and professional in presentations and negotiations, as well as problem-solving skills in handling emerging issues (customer complaints).
• Experienced in developing sales strategies and achieving area targets.
• Able to analyze market trends, sales trends, and business opportunities in the Surabaya area and its surroundings.
• Target- and customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
