Occupational Therapist

JOB SUMMARY: Instructional guide interacts with teachers on all aspects of instruction, including planning, assessing learning, and differentiating to meet students’ needs. The instructional guide is a supplemental support to the building. As a supplemental support, the role of the instructional guide is non-supervisory, separate, and apart from the evaluative role of the principal/supervisor of the teacher. Additionally, the instructional guide does not perform the additional responsibilities of the instructional specialist. The instructional guide advocates for, facilitates, and supports the work of the teachers.
