Occupational Therapist - Work, Stress & Health

Job Overview

The Work, Stress and Health Program is looking for a full‑time Occupational Therapist for a 1‑year contract to support clients referred by the Workers Safety Insurance Board. The role is a valued member of a multidisciplinary team and focuses on assessment and outpatient treatment for individuals with complex conditions such as chronic pain, addictions, post‑traumatic stress disorder, depression and other psychiatric disorders related to workplace accidents and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide client‑centred assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for clients who have suffered psychological injury, medication or substance‑related difficulties as a result of a traumatic or physical workplace accident or event.
