Position Overview

Compensation Pay Range: $44.19–$54.65 per hour.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Bridges – Passerelles Program, a community‑based, intensive treatment team that serves adolescents aged 13‑18 with complex and persistent mental health concerns.

In this role you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including clinicians, school personnel and community partners—to facilitate individualized care plans and prevent hospitalization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of the child or youth’s daily functioning within the home, school and community environments.
• Evaluate self‑care abilities and explore leisure and vocational strengths and needs to inform coping strategies.
• Assess attachment skills, social, emotional and behavioural self‑regulation, sensory processing, and oral, fine and gross motor development, and provide programming to address identified needs.
