This temporary Occupational Therapist II (OT II) role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive, client-centered care across multiple sites and areas of care. Based at the Westlock Healthcare Centre, you will support a diverse patient population while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. You will practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy, managing competing priorities, coordinating care across environments, and making informed decisions to optimize patient outcomes. The role provides a broad scope of practice where you will be directly involved in supporting safe transitions and enhancing quality of life for patients across the care continuum. OT IIs in this setting build meaningful relationships with patients and families, gain exposure to a wide variety of cases and strengthen their adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
