Job Description

            COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Occupational Therapist (OT)    Competitive salary starting at $95,500  (based on experience)

  RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Occupational Therapist (OT)     Outpatient level of care for nursing home eligible older adults with responsibilities of completing some assessments and interventions within the home based on the participants needs.    	
Manage 5-6 patients per day    	
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM   	
Patient population: Ages 50+     
  QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Occupational Therapist (OT)     Preference for candidates with geriatric experience   	
MOT or DOT required
