Occupational Therapist HHA

Description

Education:
▪ Graduate of approved Occupational Therapy Program; or Eligibility for National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association; or Two (2) years occupational therapy experience and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as an OT after December 31, 1977.)
Experience:
▪ Preferred: 1 year Occupational Therapy experience.
Skills:
▪ Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
▪ Required: License of Occupational Therapy active in the state of Missouri
▪ Required: Active Driver's License
