Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Sudbury, Ontario – Sudbury Mental Health and Addictions Centre – Cedar Street ONA Paramedial.

Salary

$38.82 – $54.77 per hour.

Responsibilities

Reporting: Under the general direction of the Clinical Manager, Psychosocial Rehabilitation.

• Administer and perform complex standardized and non-standardized assessments.
• Analyze and interpret assessment findings.
• Generate, implement, evaluate, and modify negotiated treatment plans on an individual or group basis within the inpatient, outpatient, or community setting.
• Implement strategies to address client safety issues and mitigate risk for critical injury and death.
• Educate clients and families in coping strategies, decision-making, and utilization of personal and community resources, and make referrals to community resources as required.
