We’re currently working with Cheshire West & Chester Council to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to support adults within the community.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for assessing individuals who are living with illness or disability, identifying their needs, and recommending practical solutions to improve their day-to-day independence. This includes working closely with service users, families, and partner organisations to deliver tailored outcomes.

• Carry out assessments for clients requiring equipment and/or property adaptations
