Occupational Therapist Community Reablement
An exciting opportunity has become available for a qualified Occupational Therapist to work within the Community Reablement Service. The position is for 1 FTE (37 hours) per week Monday to Friday. Based at Macclesfield Town Hall and Salinae Centre, Middlewich (with travel across Cheshire East). Flexibility is required to respond outside of standard hours where a risk to an individual is identified, ensuring safe and appropriate interventions are put in place.
