Occupational Therapist - Clinic-Based/Community - Paediatric Caseload

Name of position: Occupational Therapist (Full-time / Part-time)
Reports to: Director & Practice Manager

The Role:
To provide high-quality, Occupational Therapy services to the children and families of South and West Gippsland. Our service area includes Pakenham, Warragul, Traralgon, Leongatha, Wonthaggi, Grantville and everything inside that radius.
Currently, we are a completely mobile service with our team on the road 1-4 days per week with admin completed from home on a paid 'admin day'. Admin day hours are dependent on the number of days spent on the road and include time for supervision, team meetings, session planning, etc. Therapists travel is capped at 1 hour so caseloads are completely personalised to our staff based on their home location.
Group programs are run over school holidays and offer the team opportunity to work together and break up their caseload.
