Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist on behalf of its client based in Cheshire East, to support adults with illnesses and disabilities through expert assessments, equipment provision, and housing adaptations. This is a varied and rewarding role with a strong focus on collaborative working and delivering positive outcomes for service users.

What will your responsibilities be?
Assess the needs of ill and disabled service users for equipment and adaptations, considering diagnosis and prognosis.

Provide appropriate advice and information to service users and carers.

Carry out assessments for individuals returning from hospital or care settings, arranging equipment to support safe discharge.
