Occupational Health & Wellbeing Specialist

AECOM are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Health and Wellbeing Specialist to be based in our UAE offices.  The successful candidate will provide administrative and logistical support to the implementation of AECOMs Health & Wellbeing initiatives across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) Region. The role assists in coordinating activities communications and reporting related to wellbeing programs with coverage including KSA and other MEA countries.

This role works under the guidance of the Regional SH&E Directors and contributes to fostering a culture of care inclusion and resilience by supporting wellbeing-related activities and communications.

Responsibilities:

Program Support

• Assist in the coordination of regional wellbeing campaigns webinars and events.
• Support the localisation of global wellbeing materials for regional use.
• Maintain calendars and schedules for wellbeing activities.
