WGM Engineering, part of RSK Group, is looking for an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join our HSEQ function on a permanent, Full Time or  part-time basis.

Reporting to the HSEQ Director, you will act as a trusted occupational health subject-matter expert while helping to shape and deliver WGM’s wider health and wellbeing approach.

Working closely with employees, managers, HR, Health and Safety colleagues, senior leaders and external occupational health providers, you will coordinate occupational health activity, support the management of workplace health risks and lead proactive wellbeing initiatives across the business.
