Occupational Health Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities Know and monitor all clinical, occupational and administrative processes carried out in clients' on-site clinics Monitor and control the indicators generated by clinic consultations Coordinate the Salú nursing team assigned to absenteeism and employees on leave management Ensure coverage and continuity of daily routines during vacations, unplanned absences, scheduled days off, occasional coverage needs and legal leaves Periodically assess the efficiency of existing processes, proposing improvements and time optimization Supervise audits of occupational exams and medical records, ensuring correct completion of clinical forms and the issuance of all ASO(s) (Occupational Health Certificates) Provide and ensure continuous training and guidance for current and new health professionals Requirements Nursing degree and postgraduate specialization in Occupational Health Nursing (required) Active COREN registration Intermediate MS Office skills Proven experience in team leadersh...
