Occupational Capacity and Occupational Safety Specialist, Workplace Wellbeing Services

We are seeking an experienced occupational capacity and occupational safety specialist for workplace wellbeing services. In this role, you will act as a partner to supervisors and management, providing advice and support, offering structure in challenging situations, and helping to find effective solutions related to work ability, occupational safety, and workplace safety.

The purpose of workplace wellbeing services is to provide services that support work wellbeing and work ability, as well as to strengthen workplace safety and healthy working conditions. The services are targeted at supervisors, management, work communities, and personnel. Work ability management includes early support and identification of work ability risks, as well as models and processes for intensified support and return to work.
