Job Summary and Responsibilities

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, part of the Pacific Northwest Division of CommonSpirit, seeks a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our Laborist team in Federal Way, WA.

Position Overview

We are a well‑established, busy physician and midwife women’s health group located in the Pacific Northwest. The group consists of 5 OB/GYN physicians, 6 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM’s), and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APP’s). We also receive support from Maternal‑Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists, Urogynecologists, and Gynecologic Oncologists.

Hospital Overview

St. Francis Hospital is a 124‑bed Level III Trauma Center in Federal Way, WA. The hospital offers 24/7 in‑house anesthesia coverage, MFM support, and a Level II Special Care Nursery capable of caring for infants as young as 32 weeks. It also partners with Seattle Children’s for specialty newborn care.
