NZ Retail Compliance Lead: Risk & Regulatory Excellence

Jobtailor is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Lead to own regulatory outcomes across a portfolio of retail stores in New Zealand. You will identify risks, resolve issues and drive sustained compliance through audits, visits, and coaching.

You will partner with store owners and leaders to embed strong compliance practices, manage incidents and recalls, and continuously improve network-wide safety and regulatory standards.
